Pre-Sales

What is a Pre-Sale?

By placing a Pre-Sale order you are securing your spot in line for products that will become available at a later date. Your payment method will not be charged until your order is ready to ship, and we will notify you when your payment method is charged. We currently expect orders to ship around April 15th.

Will I be charged for my Pre-Sale right away?

If you place a Pre-Sale order, your payment method will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. We currently expect products to be ready for shipment around April 15.

Can I cancel my Pre-Sale order?

You will not be charged for a Pre-Sale order until your items are ready to ship. If you cancel your Pre-Sale order before the order is processed, you will not be charged.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Credit cards are a secure payment method to use when shopping online. Grow-Good takes security measures and fraud monitoring to keep your account information safe.

What forms of payment does Grow-Good accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB

When will my card be charged?

If you placed a Pre-Sale order, your card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. For standard orders, your card is charged immediately upon placing the order.

When will my order ship?

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships. Typical delivery time is 2-5 business days.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $40 USD. Orders less than $40 USD, shipping will cost $6.95 USD.  We also offer expedited shipping for $20 USD.

International Shipping

At this time, we’re only able to ship within the United States. We know we have customers around the world who would love to order from us, and we are working hard to make sure you can.

We will keep our community updated as we expand into additional countries.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

Yes, you may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet shipped. Please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible at help@growgood.beauty.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot make changes to the items or shipping address. If your order has not shipped, you may request a cancellation and place a new order.

Possible Delays

We do our best to ensure timely deliveries for all orders. When selecting our standard shipping, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

Items purchased directly from Grow-Good are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused/unopened.

Initiate a Return

You may request/initiate a return label in your order history. There will be a fee of $6.95 that will be withheld from your refund.

Refund Method

All refunds are issued to the original form of payment used at checkout.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return has been received at our facility, please allow 2–3 business days for processing.

When your refund is issued, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take several additional business days to appear on your statement.
